A few years ago I decided to take charge of health. I was tired of trying fad diets and wanted to truly make a change. But what about my hair? I sweat profusely in my head and it’s typically soaked after a workout.
I couldn’t let my hair control my life. I need my hair to be on #fleek during the day. (sidenote: Who is fleek? And why is everything on him? 😉) I digress…
So I start journaling different ways to maintain my hair; everything from weave, sew-ins, perm, natural, braids, wash-n-go, you name it, I have tried it!
I’ve learned a few tricks but ultimately, it takes discipline, determination, and some sacrifice to maintain gorgeous hair in any form and workout. I’ll share a few tips in future posts but don’t let the infamous words ” I can’t mess up my hair” block you from meeting your fitness goals.
